I don�t care how mundane my job is. I am not, as my mother says, �a drone.� Part of what make me a good employee is my self-initiative. And even if I am �just an employee� surely I could have some opinions that would be useful to a manager.

Sigh. Here I go again, telling �higher-ups� how they could better themselves. I should know better by now, because since no one else ever speaks up the subject never believes we ALL think it and I am the one to get in trouble. But I can�t help believing, and acting on the belief, that if you think someone/something should change you need to do something up front � not just gripe about it.
